Senior level through our in-house training.
The suite of in-house
on-the-job Oil & Gas Engineering training offered by
Point Engineering is multi-disciplinary and flexible
in nature, with emphasis on building engineering
design capacity and capability through employee
training. Each stage of the training program focused
on employees from a particular discipline or a group
of related disciplines, the objective being a clear,
concise work method of what new employees in that
area need to learn in that stage.
The Stage 1 training program
prepares the fresh graduate after successful
completion of the NYSC service year, i.e. one year
after graduation, with a well coordinated oil and
gas design internship necessary to embellish his/her
academic experience and enhance employability and
leadership.
Stages 2 to 5 involve
advance and more detailed training. Accordingly, the
curriculum of each of the five stages has been
developed to contain engineering applications based
on skills levels. In general, Point Engineering
