Engr. Fred Eje
Business Development/Tendering Manager
Engr. Fred Eje is a Nigerian. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Benin. Based at the Company's head office in Port Harcourt, he is responsible for business development, and tendering. He has over fifteen (15) years working experiences including extensive local and international training / work exposure / experience in Tendering and Business Development activities.  
Engr. Kenneth Okanigbe
Engineering Manager
Engr. Kenneth Okanigbe is a Nigerian. He studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Benin. Based at the Company's head office in Port Harcourt, he is responsible for the day-to-day management and control of the Company's engineering operations. He has over Twenty (20) years working experiences in various aspects of process engineering activities both locally in Nigeria and in The Hague, Netherlands.

Engr. Adeoye Babatola Awe

Director, New Business & Joint Ventures

Adeoye Babatola Awe is an Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of industrial experience. He graduated from University of Ife, Nigeria in 1985, and worked briefly in the steel and textile manufacturing industries, before moving to the oil and gas industry. Between 1991 and 2001, he worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Nigeria on various engineering / facilities maintenance projects. He acquired extensive engineering experience in the oil and gas industry interfacing with major equipment / engine manufacturers such as Caterpillar Inc USA. He is experienced in engineering design and modification, as-built documentation, acceptance testing, start-up and commissioning activities. Adeoye is currently based in Canada. He is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidate with Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada. As a professional, he is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, and Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers - USA.

Bar. Opufaa Ben-Whyte
Company Secretary and Legal Adviser
Bar. Opufaa Ben-Whyte is a Nigerian. He studied Law at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He is a legal practitioner of over 12 years cognitive experience in active legal practice. He oversees the legal and secretarial duties of the company in his capacity as Company Secretary / Legal Adviser of the Company. He is an active member of the International Bar Association.

Engr. George Okoyo
Managing Director
Engr. George Okoyo is a Nigerian. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Benin. Before joining Point Engineering as its pioneer Managing Director, he headed the Piping / Pipeline department of ABB Lummus Global. Engr. George Okoyo has had over 20 years hands-on national and international design experience out of which 18 years have been in the oil and gas sector.
